Have you ever been sipping on a cocktail, an old fashioned, or something similar when you just can't take another drink? Its too bitter, too sweet, too sour, or just too much booze..
Top Shelf has not only heard this but experienced it as well. We made a promise to do things the right way, every single time. When it needs to be 2 ounces, we will not overpour. If it needs bitters, then it will get bitters. Beers will be poured into the correct glasses.
